About the Collective!
Gladeview’s Young Adults Collective is a local retreat for all high school students and young adults (ages 14-25) focused on recentering our hearts around the gospel of Jesus, aligning our purpose for God’s glory, and living on mission for God’s Kingdom.
I AM CALLED: LIVING FOR GOD’S GLORY
Young people are so often lied to about the purpose of their life. For many, purpose is found in the particular decisions that result in the highest good in their lives. That could be their family, their career, their friendships, their influence, their legacy, their money – anything, really! So, young Christians usually find themselves in the same trajectory as the world around them, making decisions for their lives in exactly the same ways with the same priorities of the world. Often, however, we find that whatever season or highest good that we place our purpose in will inevitably let us down because none of the “purposes” actually endure. But, what if the purpose of a young person’s life is actually not grounded in any of the practical decisions they will make, such as marriage, singleness, family, jobs, travel, inheritance, and even legacy? A true purpose in life is one that transcends every career, every season, every lifestyle, every pain, and every joy; one that carries you through all the changes that you will experience in your life. Our true purpose is found in God’s glory. Every season, every moment, every pain and and every joy can have purpose in your life when that purpose is to glorify God and enjoy fellowship with Him.

- Payment can be collected online through the payment portal below with a small card fee of $1.50, or you may Zelle the church directly at iglesia@gladeview.org to avoid the card fee (please include the registrant’s name in the transaction).

If you work, we know the ideal would be to request time off for the collective. If you are unable take time off, you are more than welcome to still join us in the evening sessions for dinner, service and small groups, and games! Because you will still engage in all the aspects of the retreat that are being funded by the retreat cost, we kindly ask for the $50 donation for your participation.
Absolutely! Anyone 14-25 is invited to join the collective!
We kindly ask that if you commit to the collective, you would commit to all four days for many reasons. However, if you are unable to make it to one or more of the days, please let us know once you sign up.
We will have dinner together on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of the collective. We will have an award ceremony with dessert on Saturday. If you have any allergies, please let us know when you sign up.
